Nteractive is seeking a Food and Beverage Junior Event Manager to support the successful onsite execution of F&B operations across live events. You will translate F&B plans into efficient on-site delivery, coordinating venue, catering, suppliers and teams to meet service and quality standards.

The role requires strong operational focus, attention to detail and the ability to make practical decisions in a fast-moving live event environment, with travel to events as required by client needs.

Formación

• Experience working within live events, catering, hospitality, conference operations or a comparable operational environment.
• Experience coordinating or supervising onsite catering, hospitality or event operations.
• Experience leading operational teams and providing clear day-to-day direction and support.

Responsabilidades

• Take operational responsibility for the setup and delivery of assigned F&B functions and catering areas.
• Lead and brief Nteractive, freelance and operational staff allocated to assigned F&B functions.
• Coordinate closely with venue catering teams, suppliers and Nteractive colleagues to ensure effective communication and smooth operational delivery.
• Monitor service standards, food quality, presentation, replenishment and guest experience throughout each service period.
• Act as a visible operational point of contact onsite and implement practical solutions.
