Job summary

A London-based events caterer is seeking a Brand Events Manager to lead the full lifecycle of brand experiences. You’ll work hands-on with clients, creatives, chefs and production teams to bring concepts to life, typically delivering 1–3 events weekly with varied briefs.

The role requires strong project management, superb organisation and flair for immersive food and drink experiences, while managing budgets, timelines and on-site delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing end-to-end events or project management/brand activations/agency environments.
• Strong organisational and planning capabilities, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing events end-to-end from brief to delivery
• Developing creative concepts and proposals for brand experiences and activations
• Acting as the main client contact throughout planning and delivery
• Coordinating suppliers, production, catering and logistics
• Overseeing live event delivery on-site
• Working with the team to design immersive food & drink experiences
• Managing budgets, timelines and post-event reporting
