We are a collaborative, ambitious, and values-driven agency that invests in talent, encourages innovation, and empowers our teams to take ownership and make a real difference. We believe in long-term partnerships, exceptional client service, and continuously raising the bar in everything we do.

As our portfolio across the EMEA region continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our specialist Food & Beverage team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating exceptional culinary experiences and has experience delivering food and beverage programmes for large-scale corporate events across multiple international destinations. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, you'll lead the planning, budgeting and onsite delivery of F&B across a portfolio of events throughout the EMEA region, working closely with clients, venues, suppliers and internal teams to create memorable experiences that delight attendees while delivering exceptional value.

Food & Beverage Planning and Delivery
  • Lead the planning and delivery of food and beverage across a portfolio of complex events throughout the EMEA region.
  • Design creative, memorable menus and beverage programmes that align with client objectives, attendee demographics and local cultures.
  • Create engaging F&B presentations and culinary concepts that bring event experiences to life.
  • Manage all F&B project documentation, timelines and operational plans to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Ensure all catering operations are delivered to the highest standards onsite, proactively resolving challenges as they arise.
Client & Supplier Management
  • Partner with Account Directors, clients and project teams to understand event objectives, budgets and attendee requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with venues, caterers and suppliers across the EMEA region.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts to achieve outstanding quality and value for money.
  • Ensure all dietary, cultural and regional requirements are considered throughout planning and delivery.
Financial Management
  • Develop and manage detailed event budgets, monitoring costs throughout project delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to maximise value while maintaining exceptional attendee experiences.
  • Manage financial forecasting and proactively communicate risks or opportunities to project teams and clients.
Operational Excellence
  • Collect and analyse onsite F&B data to support post-event reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute ideas and best practice to evolve Nteractive's food and beverage offering across global events.
  • Ensure all legal, health & safety and food compliance requirements are met across multiple international markets.
  • Coach and support colleagues onsite, providing leadership where required.
What you will bring
  • Significant experience delivering Food & Beverage programmes within large-scale corporate events, hospitality or live event environments.
  • Experience planning and delivering multiple concurrent international events.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex logistics and multiple priorities.
  • Experience managing onsite catering operations and leading venue and supplier teams.
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience managing event budgets.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for food, wine, beverages and creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using project management tools.
  • Experience delivering events across the EMEA region is highly desirable.
  • Hospitality or Catering qualification and/or WSET qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
Why you'll love working here
  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences for globally recognised technology and lifestyle brands.
  • Work across an exciting portfolio of international events throughout the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with talented specialists across production, creative, technical production and account management.
  • Join a supportive, collaborative agency where innovation and continuous improvement are encouraged.
  • Enjoy the opportunity to travel internationally and experience world-class venues and destinations.
  • Grow your career within a fast-growing global events and communications agency.

If you're passionate about creating outstanding food and beverage experiences and want to play a key role delivering exceptional international events across the EMEA region, we'd love to hear from you.
