Expo is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for the EMEA region to own events, conferences, and community programs. You will plan budgets, select conferences, manage logistics, and tie activities to pipeline in HubSpot, collaborating with sales and marketing.

Based in Europe, you will oversee vendor relationships, speaker coordination, and on-site execution for events like App.js Conf, React Summit, and London meetups, while ensuring GDPR compliance and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running field or event marketing for a developer tools, cloud, or B2B software company, with end-to-end ownership from planning through follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA calendar and prioritize conferences, sponsorships, and speaking slots.
• Plan and deliver Expo's presence at events like App.js Conf (Kraków), next.app devCon (Berlin), React Summit (Amsterdam), and London events.
• Host our own formats: community meetups, hands-on workshops, and dinners planned with sales.
• Grow the community meetup program in Europe and support partner-hosted events.
• Handle partner and sponsor logistics, contracts, and deadlines.
• Tie events to pipeline, build target account lists, capture leads, and report pipeline.
• Own vendors and budget, manage local vendors, track spend, and maintain cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers, content teams, and global field playbooks.
