Job summary

Antithesis is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager for the EMEA region, based in London. You will own regional strategy, budget, and end-to-end execution of trade shows, conferences, meetups, and sponsorships, while partnering with Sales and Developer Education to grow the pipeline and strengthen the developer community across EMEA.

Travel up to 50% during peak conference season (avg 25–30% annually) with a London-based office as a hub.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field marketing or demand generation experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, or cloud industries.
• Proven success executing regional marketing programs that drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline growth.
• Strong experience managing events of all sizes—from grassroots meetups to large-scale conferences.
• Hands-on expertise with event sponsorships, including contract negotiation, vendor management, and deliverables.
• Familiarity with EMEA market dynamics, cultural nuances, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own regional strategy and planning by contributing to the events calendar and budget for the EMEA region.
• Lead end-to-end event execution for trade shows, conferences, meetups, and sponsorships.
• Drive community engagement by partnering with internal teams to support grassroots programs and networks.
• Localize global programs for the EMEA region, ensuring cultural and compliance alignment.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to plan pre-, during-, and post-event engagement.
• Measure performance, budgets, and ROI, delivering actionable insights.
