Job summary

Ralph Lauren seeks an experienced Regional Change Management Lead for EMEA, reporting to the Global Head of Enterprise Change. You will translate global ERP+ change strategy into regional plans, engage senior leaders, drive adoption across markets, and build regional capability while ensuring readiness and sustainability of new ways of working.

Qualifications

• Experience in business, organisational psychology, or organisational development.
• 10+ strategic change cycles, including 3–5 regional/multi-country leadership cycles.
• Delivery of change on large ERP/enterprise tech implementations, preferably in retail/luxury.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA change strategy and roadmap for ERP+, translating global approach into regional plans.
• Sequence change activity across ERP+, IBP, WMS, LTP to manage saturation and protect performance.
• Localise global communications for regional audiences and cultures.
