Position Overview

Ralph Lauren has embarked on its next generation transformation, including consolidation into a single global ERP, enhanced warehouse automation (WMS) and integrated business planning (IBP). Reporting to the Global Head of Enterprise Change Management and partnering closely with the Global ERP+ Change Management Lead, the EMEA Change Management Lead is the senior change leader for the region. The role starts with full accountability for ERP+ change management across EMEA, translating and delivering global strategy into region‑specific plans, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness and adoption, and is expected to expand into leadership of the enterprise change agenda across the region. The role builds regional change capability, reduces change saturation across programs, and ensures EMEA leaders and teams are ready, engaged and able to sustain new ways of working. Please note that requirements for this role include national and international travel about 25%.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Please note that requirements for this role include national and international travel about 25%.

  • Own the EMEA change strategy and roadmap for ERP+, translating the global approach into a region‑specific plan across markets, functions and channels.
  • Sequence and integrate change activity across EMEA programs (ERP+, IBP, WMS, LTP) to manage change saturation and protect business performance.
  • Feed regional insight back into the global change approach to improve tools, messaging and timing. Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Alignment
  • Act as trusted advisor to the EMEA leadership team on change sponsorship, organisational impact and adoption risk.
  • Build and sustain senior stakeholder relationships across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology and People & Development.
  • Lead the regional Change Champion Network as part of the global network and coach sponsors to lead change visibly. Communication & Engagement
  • Localise global communications for regional audiences, languages, cultures and works council / employee representation requirements.
  • Design and deliver regional engagement moments (town halls, leader forums, floor walks) that build understanding and commitment.
  • Oversee regional training needs analysis delivery and reinforcement in partnership with global training and PD teams.
  • Run and maintain change impact and readiness assessments; track readiness indicators and **escalate** risks with clear mitigations.
  • Lead regional execution through deployment and hypercare, monitor adoption, and ensure clean handover to sustainment teams. Capability Building & Team Leadership
  • Lead, coach and develop regional change resources (direct and matrixed), including third‑party partners.
  • Embed the enterprise change framework, playbooks and toolkits across EMEA, raising change literacy among leaders and project teams.
  • Define and report regional adoption, readiness and engagement KPIs; use data and sentiment insight to course correct.
  • Represent EMEA change status in global program governance and regional leadership forums.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Please note that requirements for this role include national and international travel about 25%.

  • Professional Experience in business, organisational psychology, organisational development or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ full strategic performance cycles in change management or transformation, including 3-5 full cycles in leading change at a regional or multi‑country level.
  • Demonstrated delivery of change on a large‑scale ERP or enterprise technology implementation, ideally in retail, consumer or luxury.
  • Experience leading teams and working across matrixed, multi‑cultural EMEA environments; European works council / employee consultation exposure preferred.
  • Certification or deep fluency in a recognised methodology (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter or equivalent) preferred. Additional European language is an advantage.
  • Strategic thinker able to translate business strategy and global plans into practical regional execution.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation and executive presence; credible with senior leaders and front‑line teams alike.
  • Strong programme and stakeholder management discipline; comfortable with managing ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Data‑driven approach to adoption measurement; skilled in MS Office suite and collaboration tools. Behaviours
  • Leads with influence rather than authority; builds trust quickly across cultures and levels.
  • Resilient, pragmatic and hands‑on; sets strategy and delivers it personally where needed.
  • Curious and inclusive; amplifies regional voices and adapts global approaches without diluting them.
  • Accountable for outcomes, not activity; keeps the business and the employee experience at the centre of every decision.
