Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking an FP&A leader to strengthen capabilities and drive a standardized, scalable operating model. You will support the RL FP&A team in transitioning ERP+ applications and processes toward the new enabling technology.

You will partner with finance leaders to build plans, publish management reporting and manage multiple transformation projects in a fast-paced, global environment. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Substantial FP&A management experience partnering with finance leaders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and change leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics, Hyperion Essbase, MicroStrategy and/or Power BI preferred.
