Job summary

Klaviyo seeks a Principal Enablement Partner for the EMEA Enterprise Sales Organization to build the enablement strategy and empower growth. You will align with global programs and drive MEDDPICC & BANT application in daily selling activities.

You will design workshops, coach managers and AEs in skills coaching and territory management, and deliver quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales/ GTM Enablement at a high-growth global tech company.
• Experience representing EMEA within a global org across diverse markets.
• Experience designing engaging workshops and delivering presentations; strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own the enablement strategy and roadmap for the EMEA sales organization.
• Develop local strategy for adopting global enablement programs (sales methodology, product launches, onboarding).
• Develop a comprehensive approach to sales rep development from hire to promotion.
• Coach and support front-line managers and AEs in skills coaching and territory management.
• Deliver sessions on key EMEA processes and skills (discovery, demo, negotiation, deal execution).
• Develop and present Quarterly Business Reviews with Sales Leadership.
