Job summary

Vix Technology & Kuba seeks an experienced Engineering Delivery Manager to lead product and technical delivery across EMEA, connecting customers with Product and Engineering teams. The role combines technology, product and customer delivery to bring structure and clarity to complex programmes and ensure outcomes.

You will balance customer expectations, product priorities and engineering capacity across multiple markets while driving a scalable delivery framework and credible senior-level

Qualifications

• Significant experience in technical delivery, programme management or engineering delivery in tech-led orgs.
• Experience delivering complex tech or product initiatives for enterprise customers.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead EMEA technical delivery from commitment to customer implementation.
• Translate customer requirements into delivery plans for Product and Engineering.
• Maintain visibility of priorities, milestones and risks across markets.
• Partner with Engineering leadership to balance capacity and priorities.
• Establish governance, metrics and ways of working to improve predictability.
