Align Technology, Inc. is seeking an Employee Experience & Continuous Improvement Analyst for the EMEA Customer Success team.

The role oversees the Employee Experience programme across five pillars—wellness, motivation, community, social responsibility, and business synergy—and turns feedback into measurable improvements that boost both employee and customer outcomes. You will partner with HR, Training, OPEX, and BI to implement listening mechanisms, action plans with owners and dates, and

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Employee Experience, engagement, People Operations, L&D, internal communications, or change management.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programmes and translating insights into action plans across markets.
• Strong English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual EMEA Employee Experience roadmap and calendar across five pillars.
• Maintain governance for approvals, budgets, communications, inclusion, privacy, vendors, and leadership reviews.
• Facilitate Voice of Employee mechanisms (pulse surveys, focus groups, journey checkpoints) and identify trends.
• Turn insights into action plans with owners, dates, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate recognition channels and wellbeing/cultural activities across markets.
