Align Technology, Inc. is seeking an Employee Experience & Continuous Improvement Analyst for the EMEA region.

You will own the Employee Experience roadmap across five pillars and partner with HR, OPEX, and Customer Success to translate insights into practical improvements. You will enable managers with frameworks, templates, and tools, support Voice of Employee initiatives, and coordinate wellbeing, inclusion, and social-responsibility activities across markets and shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Employee Experience, engagement, or similar programmes.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programmes and translating insights into action.
• Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Own annual EMEA Employee Experience roadmap and calendar across five pillars.
• Maintain governance for approvals, budgets, communications, privacy, vendors, and reviews.
• Facilitate Voice of Employee mechanisms; identify trends and opportunities.
• Turn insights into action plans with owners, dates, and measures.
• Coordinate wellbeing, culture, and social-responsibility activities across markets.
