Anthropic is seeking a Manager of Technical Deployment in EMEA based in London to lead a team of TDLs and FDEs embedded with strategic customers. You will own engagement health, set delivery standards, and shape which use cases are production-ready.

As a player-coach, you will advise on architecture with customer leads and executives, hire and develop talent, and oversee SOW quality, MVP scoping, and regulatory alignment from day one. Travel 25–50% across EMEA.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Experience leading enterprise AI/ML delivery teams.
• Executive-level communication and stake holder management.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, develop, and retain a team of TDLs embedded in engagements across EMEA.
• Define the delivery strategy for the portfolio and ensure compliance and risk considerations.
• Own portfolio health and customer outcomes, including executive sponsor relationships.
• Lead complex engagements from SOW through deployment and set bar for delivery excellence.
