Job summary

Sky is seeking a senior Partnerships Manager to drive distribution of Sky Apps and TV channels across key partner platforms from its Osterley base. You will lead strategic relationships, negotiate deals, and shape business cases to unlock growth across UK and Europe.

You will collaborate with NOW/CCO and Global Streaming Platform teams to align Distribution priorities, drive product launches and feature integrations, and build cross‑functional momentum with Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal,

Qualifications

• Experience managing strategic partner relationships.
• Experience negotiating and managing commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of the European and North American media and technology sectors.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple business areas.
• Financial and analytical capability, including business case development and commercial evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop strategic relationships with global device partners
• Support the negotiation, renewal and ongoing management of commercial partnership agreements.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and help build compelling business cases to unlock growth
• Manage partner relationships throughout the deal lifecycle, including commercial, proposition and pricing changes
• Collaborate closely with NOW/CCO and Global Streaming Platform teams to represent Distribution priorities and drive business outcomes
• Support the delivery of major technical initiatives, product launches and feature integrations across partner platforms
• Build strong relationships across Sky, working with teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Technology, Content, and Strategy
• Use commercial insights, performance data and partner reporting to support decision‑making, negotiations and long‑term partnership success
