Job summary

Uber is seeking an EMEA Commercial Lead for Uber Direct, based in Paris or Amsterdam. You will own multi-country commercial discussions across the region, coordinating with country teams and cross-functional partners to drive deal-making from prospecting to closing.

You will lead go-to-market strategy, build relationships with key executives, and oversee complex engagements while ensuring profitability and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Sales, BD, or Account Management with exposure to long sales cycles and negotiations.
• Experience handling multi-country or global partnerships is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and deal-making capabilities, with a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market strategy to grow pipeline and identify opportunities across multiple countries.
• Build strategic relationships with decision-makers to drive Direct business growth.
• Lead complex commercial engagements, RFQs/RFPs, and craft tailored proposals.
• Communicate Uber Direct value to Enterprise prospects and customers, including logistics and delivery knowledge.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Product to align priorities and enable deal execution.
• Monitor pipeline health and performance, driving efficiency for scalable growth.
