Qualifications

• 8+ years in deal strategy or related commercial roles.
• Experience with complex, high-value deals across multiple markets.
• Proven ability to translate products into compelling customer narratives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with EMEA account teams on complex opportunities from strategy to close.
• Develop deal strategies combining customer priorities, commercial terms, and business objectives.
• Create CFO-ready proposals, ROI analyses, and value narratives.
• Support executive conversations with recommendations and rationale.
• Build ROI frameworks, templates, and reusable value narratives.
• Contribute to scalable deal-support mechanisms (playbooks, clinics, intake).
• Collaborate with Pricing, Deal Desk, Finance, Product, Legal, and Strategy.
• Turn insights from deals into regional operating models and resources.
• Apply AI to improve deal workflows and self-service resources.
• Identify recurring themes to inform future commercial approaches.
