Job summary

JPMorgan Asset Management is seeking a seasoned executive to lead the digital wealth partnerships across EMEA. Based in London and Frankfurt, you will design the commercial architecture, govern partnerships, and scale multi-country distribution with online brokers, neobanks, robo-advisors and platform ecosystems.

You will work across product, marketing, technology and client coverage to standardize propositions, drive growth, and ensure a consistent, regulatory-aligned approach across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience of leading and partnering across a matrix organization, navigating complexities across different countries and markets.
• Proven capability in designing and implementing commercial frameworks and strategies across European markets.
• Strong analytical capability, including scenario modelling, performance management, and executive-ready materials with clear recommendations and trade-offs.
• Controls-by-design mindset, with a strong track record partnering with legal, compliance, risk and finance to establish governance and regulatory standards.
• Executive presence and communication skills to represent JPMAM credibly externally, with senior partner stakeholders and internal leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define the EMEA digital wealth partnership strategy, and operating model, informed by market intelligence, commercial dynamics, partner operating-model trends and regulatory developments.
• Build and maintain an EMEA segmentation, tiering and prioritisation framework for digital wealth platforms, including online brokers, neobanks, robo-advisors, digital bank platforms, and relevant B2B2C and model marketplace ecosystems.
• Articulate and deliver JPMAM’s product and service offering for both platform own-account needs and end-client investment solutions. Engage with the broader J.P. Morgan organisation to leverage the best of the firm’s capabilities for the Digital Wealth segment.
• Partner with in-country client coverage to grow digital wealth relationships with a holistic approach across the JPMAM platform.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Insights to create thought leadership, co-marketing and investor education toolkits with platform partners.
