Job summary

Wellington Management is seeking a Director of EMEA Strategy in London to shape enterprise strategy and drive end-to-end product development. You will work with regional leaders and distribution partners to align business goals with market opportunities, delivering growth across wealth solutions and investment platforms.

The role requires senior leadership collaboration, financial modeling, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while maintaining a strong client focus.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of asset management experience.
• Experience in product strategy and development.
• Experience preparing materials for executive governance forums, including financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product development across cross-functional teams.
• Lead complex strategic projects for senior Wellington leaders.
• Build business cases for locally relevant investment strategies in EMEA.
• Author and present product proposals to the Operating Committee and senior leadership.
• Develop financial models and evaluate product viability, projected flows, margins.
• Maintain understanding of client needs, regulatory trends, and market movements across asset classes.
• Identify opportunities with distribution partners and support client-led product development.
