Rosewood Hotel Group seeks a Manager, Digital Content, EMEA to own the production, quality control and performance of commercial digital content across the regional portfolio. You will combine content strategy with channel planning and expert copywriting to support business objectives and conversions.

You will establish best practices, ensure consistency, and collaborate with Brand, CRM, Social, Analytics, and properties to optimize content with WCAG compliance in mind.

Formación

• Significant experience in digital content, content marketing or related discipline
• Experience in premium consumer, hospitality, travel, lifestyle or luxury brands
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and UX writing
• Experience with CRM lifecycle communications and content experimentation
• Proficiency with CMS, CRM, analytics and marketing platforms
• Exceptional written English, editing and content quality management skills

Responsabilidades

• Own the regional commercial content plan and establish standards, templates, governance and review processes
• Write, edit and optimize website content across the portfolio and on third-party platforms with SEO and accessibility best practices
• Develop performance-focused content for CRM programmes, email campaigns, paid social and display advertising
• Use data to identify optimization opportunities and support A/B testing and experimentation
• Lead content QA, audits, compliance and accessibility reviews across written and visual content
• Act as regional digital content specialist, collaborating with global, regional and property stakeholders for localization and AI-enabled content opportunities
