Job summary

Viking EMEA is seeking a Sales Support Engineer to provide Level 2 technical support for Detection and CCS products across the EMEA region. You will work closely with sales, consultants, and end users, delivering training and technical guidance while supporting project specifications and compliance.

The role includes up to 20% travel and reporting to the EMEA Gas, Detection & Watermist Team Lead. Fluent English and strong problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of Detection & CCS systems.
• Experience in technical support and product training.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2 technical support for detection/CCS systems to customers and internal teams.
• Support local sales teams with technical expertise to meet targets.
• Provide market and product feedback to Product Management for improvements.
• Promote Viking detection/CCS products through training and seminars.
• Ensure solutions are correctly specified in projects by engaging with consultants and end-users.
• Assist in obtaining local approvals, certifications, and compliance.
