Job summary

Water Technologies - Elga is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to deliver advanced technical support across our platforms and partner network, with travel to customer sites in the UK and abroad. The role combines hands-on technical work with post-sale support to ensure optimal system performance.

You will contribute to beta testing, develop technical documentation, and provide training for partner teams worldwide, while handling warranty assessments and complex issue resolution.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
• Vocational or professional qualification in a science or technical field.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support across ELGA systems and partner networks.
• Travel to UK and overseas customer sites to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Support large-scale installations with validation and performance troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for internal/external use.
• Deliver technical training for partner teams globally.
• Manage and assess warranty claims, including testing returned components.
