Job summary

New Balance Athletic Shoes (UK) Limited is seeking an EMEA Demand Planner to own the regional demand plan, model-level forecasts and item-level detail. You’ll work with Merchandising, Sales and Finance, delivering insights from historical shipments and sell-through data to shape the plan.

This role supports regional S&OP and requires strong analytical and communication skills in a hybrid UK environment. The candidate will monitor forecast accuracy, drive improvements, and collaborate on

Qualifications

• University degree and relevant experience in Demand Planning, Sales Planning or Merchandising.
• Strong communication, planning and analytical skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience using Excel at advanced level and MS Office suite; ability to model scenarios.
• Familiarity with forecasting tools (D365, o9, Spotfire) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop the regional demand forecast for EMEA by category at item level.
• Own forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement towards MAPÉ targets.
• Highlight risks and opportunities and adjust the demand plan accordingly.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory Planning, Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Participate in S&OP activities and regional governance.
• Manage product lifecycles, launches, ramp-downs and sell-through monitoring.
