Job summary

Spectrum Brands (UK) Limited is seeking an EMEA Demand Planner to own end-to-end demand planning for assigned markets, using statistical and collaborative forecasts. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning and Finance to ensure forecasts align with commercial plans and supply constraints, driving consensus and improvement.

You will monitor signals, accuracy and bias, performing root-cause analysis, and contribute to budgeting and wider planning activities, leveraging SAP, SAP

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a Demand Planning function.
• Experience contributing to S&OP processes.
• Experience using SAP, SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP.
• Strong forecasting, data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Stakeholder management with ability to influence.
• Experience with Far East and/or long lead-time suppliers.
• Commercial awareness of demand and forecast performance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand planning for assigned markets, developing forecasts.
• Facilitate demand reviews with Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams.
• Align demand plans with commercial plans, supply constraints and business needs.
• Support S&OP process and budgeting activities.
• Monitor demand signals, forecast accuracy and bias, identify actions.
