Job description

Spectrum Brands is a global branded consumer products company with a portfolio of trusted brands across categories including home and garden, personal care, pet care and home appliances. We focus on creating products that improve everyday life through strong brands, consumer insight and innovation.

The EMEA Demand Planner is responsible for supporting the end-to-end Demand Planning process across the Home and Personal Care (HPC) Division, covering Europe, UK, Middle East and Africa.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and regional leadership, the role is responsible for developing an accurate unconstrained demand forecast, driving cross-functional alignment and supporting the S&OP process. The role will facilitate demand reviews with Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams, challenging assumptions where required and ensuring forecasts reflect promotions, new product launches, discontinuations, customer activity and wider market trends.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning and Finance, the Demand Planner will build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure demand plans are aligned with commercial plans, supply constraints and business requirements. The role will support the delivery of a consensus forecast into the S&OP process and contribute to budgeting, forecasting and wider business planning activities.

The Demand Planner will monitor demand signals, forecast accuracy and bias, identifying risks and opportunities and conducting root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement. Through data-led recommendations, the role will influence stakeholders, improve forecast quality and accountability, and ensure adherence to planning standards and governance.

The role will also utilise SAP, SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP to support forecasting, reporting and KPI analysis, while contributing to system enhancements, process improvements and wider demand planning projects.
