The role combines global vision with regional execution, using AI-driven strategies and digital automation to fuel scalable revenue growth for AECO and SaaS offerings. With 10+ years in B2B demand generation or revenue marketing, you will lead cross-functional teams across EMEA, partner with Sales/RevOps, and manage budgets and analytics to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive B2B demand generation or revenue marketing leadership.
5+ years of direct experience hiring, coaching, and inspiring cross-functional or cross-regional marketing teams across EMEA.
Proven expertise applying AI technologies across campaign lifecycle management and personalization.
Deep command of modern marketing stacks including Salesforce and predictive analytics platforms.
Strong cross-cultural communication and senior stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

Architect and execute the EMEA demand generation strategy to drive predictable pipeline growth across enterprise software markets
Integrate AI workflows, predictive account scoring, and hyper-personalized content into daily campaign execution
Inspire, coach, and scale a high-performing regional marketing team built for continuous innovation
Partner seamlessly with Sales and RevOps leadership to establish seamless lead-to-opportunity management and maximize ROI
Manage regional demand budgets, compliance, and full-funnel performance metrics using advanced predictive analytics
You possess deep technical command of modern marketing stacks including Salesforce, 6Sense, and predictive analytics platforms
