You will coach and scale regional leaders, partner with Sales and RevOps, and own regional budgets and metrics to maximize ROIs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B demand generation or revenue marketing leadership within complex SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience building and leading regional or global marketing teams.
• Proven track record with AI-enabled marketing workflows and data-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute the EMEA demand generation strategy for pipeline growth.
• Integrate AI workflows, predictive scoring, and hyper-personalized content into campaigns.
• Coach and scale regional marketing leaders across EMEA.
• Partner with Sales and RevOps to optimize lead-to-opportunity flow and ROI.
• Manage regional demand budgets, compliance, and full-funnel performance metrics.
