Job summary

Trimble is seeking a visionary leader to shape EMEA demand and revenue growth for its AI-enabled software portfolio. As Global Demand Marketing Director, you will align global strategy with regional execution, building scalable campaigns and a high-performing team across the UK and Europe.

You will drive AI-driven demand generation, collaborate with Sales and RevOps, and own the regional pipeline metrics while navigating GDPR and regional privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive B2B demand generation or revenue marketing leadership in SaaS/enterprise software.
• 5+ years of direct experience hiring, coaching, and leading cross-functional marketing teams across EMEA.
• Experience applying AI technologies across campaign lifecycle, personalization and pipeline velocity.
• Deep technical command of Salesforce, 6Sense, and predictive analytics platforms.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and senior stakeholder alignment in a global matrix.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute the EMEA demand generation strategy to drive predictable pipeline growth across enterprise software markets
• Integrate cutting-edge AI workflows, predictive account scoring, and hyper-personalized content into daily campaign execution
• Inspire, coach, and scale a high-performing team of regional marketing leaders across EMEA
• Partner seamlessly with Sales and RevOps leadership to establish seamless lead-to-opportunity management and maximize ROI
• Manage regional demand budgets, compliance, and full-funnel performance metrics using advanced predictive analytics
