Job summary

Perk is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Manager to lead transformation of our high-value deal operations. You will own the Deal Desk function, directly manage a growing team, and act as a trusted partner to Sales, Finance and Legal.

The role emphasizes automating processes with AI and refining CPQ and quoting systems to accelerate closures. You will personally run point on our most complex deals while building scalable processes and governance across the function to protect revenue and reduce cycle

Qualifications

• Strong Deal Desk experience within B2B SaaS and across mid-market to enterprise.
• Proven experience leading a Deal Desk or equivalent team with direct people management.
• Ownership of complex CPQ platforms and driving improvements in quoting and pricing workflows.
• Experience delivering automation/AI initiatives to reduce manual work.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation of Deal Desk operating model for complex deals.
• Build and mentor a Deal Desk team with clear goals and performance standards.
• Own pricing governance and deal structuring for non-standard deals.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives across Deal Desk processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales Operations and Product to unblock deals.
