Zusammenfassung

Redwood Software, a leader in full stack automation fabric solutions, is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This role primarily supports sales teams outside the United Kingdom, with a focus on EMEA, driving quote and order execution while ensuring compliance with company policy.

The Senior Deal Desk Analyst will partner with Sales, Legal, Finance and other back-office teams to structure deals, manage pricing approvals and optimize processes from initial

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree or global equivalent experience preferred.
3–5 years in Sales Operations, Commercial support, or Finance role.
3–5 years of experience using Salesforce.com, CPQ, DocuSign CLM or similar tools.
Proven experience in deal structuring and execution and process governance.
Experience with Quote and Order Form creation and non-standard terms/conditions.

Aufgaben

Lead deal review discussions with the Sales organization.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product and other departments to ensure policy alignment.
Drive quote and order execution through strategic deal structuring.
Provide quote review and pricing approval support within policy.
Develops standards and best practices for deal components across departments.
Identify risks and mitigation plans during order creation and execution.
Streamline quote and order execution processes to improve efficiency.
Communicate progress and milestones to stakeholders.
