Job summary

The company operates the Deal Desk in the EMEA Mid-Market segment and seeks a detail-oriented analyst to drive deal economics, terms, and pricing decisions. You will partner with Sales, Legal and Finance to ensure compliant, revenue-protective agreements while maintaining a high-velocity sales pipeline.

Based in the United Kingdom with regular travel to London, you will navigate discounting, payment terms, and policy adherence, leveraging AI tools to accelerate reviews and decision-making.

Qualifications

Experience in Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Ops or Revenue Operations.
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, modelling).
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and quoting tools.
Proven experience owning a large, high-volume book independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

Own deal economics for the EMEA Mid-Market portfolio and determine approval authority.
Sign off on non-standard terms within financial parameters.
Manage end-to-end EMEA Mid-Market deal desk and hold Sales to policy.
Collaborate with Sales, Legal and Customers to address non-standard requests.
Coach Sales on thresholds and establish escalation for deals.
