Job summary

Bloomberg in London is seeking an EMEA Enterprise Data Service Delivery Manager to lead a regional management team across Support, Implementation, Development Specialist and TAM, ensuring premier client service and revenue growth.

You will partner with Enterprise Data Sales, drive operational discipline, and shape regional strategy, while coaching five functions and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of market data delivery and distribution technologies.
• Extensive people management experience with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive business needs without a strict roadmap.
• Passion for technology and leveraging AI/data science/automation to improve processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into team and regional objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective, inspiring leadership and hands-on problem solving.
• Set regional service standards aligned with the global group.
• Develop a regional strategy that aligns with the global enterprise data goals.
• Maintain partnerships with regional Sales to drive revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities and drive regional projects unprompted.
• Contribute input to global Product teams to improve offerings.
• Ensure performance management and recruitment of diverse talent.
• Set clear objectives for management and drive a high-performance culture.
• Ensure well-defined, minimal-disruption working practices using technology.
• Encourage open communication and collaboration within the team.
• Collaborate with Technical Operations, Engineering and Global Data to maximize client service.
• Develop and implement training programs to boost performance and skills.
• Foster continuous improvement and manage change at individual and team levels.
