Qualifications

• Strong data management and collation skills.
• Background in consultancy, real estate or data management (desirable).
• Keen interest in technology, digital infrastructure or data centre sector.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and analysing availability data from global and regional data centre developers/operators.
• Preparing high-quality market summaries and presentations for client projects.
• Leading discrete workstreams where required.
• Responding to team and client enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Communicating regularly with CBRE stakeholders and industry sources.
• Building trusted relationships with data centre developers/operators and clients.
• Conducting desktop and in-depth due diligence on data centre organisations and projects.
