Job summary

Colliers International EMEA in London is seeking a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join the expanding Data Centre Advisory team. You will provide strategic real estate, development and transaction advice to occupiers, investors, developers and operators across the digital infrastructure sector.

This role covers site selection, acquisitions, disposals, leasing and market analysis across EMEA, building strong client relationships and contributing to business growth.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Real Estate, Surveying, Property, Economics or related discipline. MRICS qualified.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand client drivers while identifying growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver data centre mandates across EMEA.
• Assist clients with data centre site acquisition / disposal.
• Provide occupier advisory services, i.e. colocation (leasing of data centres).
• Conduct market assessments and benchmarking analysis to support client decision-making.
• Support options assessments, commercial negotiations and transaction processes.
• Prepare client reports, presentations, business cases and market intelligence materials.
