CBRE's Data Centre Research & Consulting team leads complex engagements across Europe, delivering market analyses and strategic investment advice for investors, developers and operators. As an Associate Director or Director, you will guide projects from scope to delivery, build senior client relationships, and contribute to CBRE's growth in data centre and digital infrastructure advisory.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the European data centre market.
• Experience in data centre consulting, digital infrastructure or related field.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex consulting engagements across European data centre and digital infrastructure sectors.
• Advise investors, developers, operators, occupiers and public sector clients on market and investment decisions.
• Manage projects from initial engagement through delivery and client sign‑off.
• Develop proposals and advisory solutions that convert requirements into revenue.
• Produce market assessments, due diligence and investment memo outputs.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and committees.
• Support business growth and cross‑team collaboration within CBRE.
