Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Design Manager to join our EMEA Design and Construction team. You will lead end-to-end design delivery for data centre projects across Europe, working with multidisciplinary experts and external consultants to ensure engineering standards and performance benchmarks are met.

• Extensive experience in design delivery of mission-critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and building codes.
• Ability to direct multidisciplinary design teams and manage vendors.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead third-party design consultants to deliver data centre facilities.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to execute fit-out programs.
• Provide engineering oversight of budgets, schedules and product delivery.
• Identify engineering risks early to protect timelines and quality.
