Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Regional Commercial Manager, Data Center Delivery, EMEA Construction Cost Control to provide cost guidance across data center projects in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will engage with third-party cost specialists, validate estimates, and drive value engineering while coordinating with design, procurement, finance, and legal teams.

Role supports multiple projects with emphasis on cost control, reporting, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage third party Quantity Surveyors and validate construction cost estimates at various design stages.
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams to communicate cost control goals to stakeholders and identify cost-saving Value Engineering opportunities.
• Define and track cost performance metrics and lead monthly cost reporting across multiple projects.
• Validate final award amounts and scope based on contract documents and ensure timely vendor invoices and project close-out.
