Job summary

Ada Infrastructure is expanding its EMEA Cost Management team and hiring a new Senior Manager to support ongoing and new projects. This role will focus on cost estimating, budgeting, and governance for mission critical data centre projects, coordinating with delivery, finance and external partners to optimise value.

The successful candidate will lead cost roadmaps, manage tender processes, and ensure cost control across multiple jurisdictions in the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of contracting strategies (FIDIC, NEC, JCT).
• Experience in cost estimation, material take-off, labour rates, overhead, and profit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates during concept, design, and pre-construction phases.
• Develop cost plans, budgets and forecasts for all project stages.
• Analyse drawings and project documents to determine costs.
