Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a customer-success oriented professional in London to own value delivery and AI-driven adoption across high-value accounts. You’ll connect product usage to measurable ROI, lead executive-level relationships, and develop strategic plans that scale across teams.

You’ll enable customers with analytics capabilities, monitor health signals, and drive adoption while partnering with AE and renewal teams to secure continued growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, management consulting, or a related field supporting complex B2B SaaS accounts.
• A track record of managing relationships at every level across different functions and influencing decisions at the C-suite level.
• The ability to translate technical concepts into business terms that resonate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive platform adoption and connect product usage to customer business outcomes.
• Experience building and executing strategic value and adoption plans and communicating ROI.
• Hands-on experience with agentic or AI-native tooling beyond casual use.

Responsibilities

• Connect Mixpanel value to customer ROI by owning the value workstream and adoption plans.
• Build relationships across business and technical stakeholders, aligning capabilities to goals.
• Develop and execute success plans mapping objectives to adoption milestones.
• Perform ongoing discovery of priorities and synthesize actions for internal teams.
• Collaborate with AE and renewal teams, owning the value case and adoption evidence.
• Lead customer enablement sessions on dashboards, funnels, and retention modeling.
