Job summary

Abnormal AI in the UK seeks a Senior Customer Trust Analyst to lead the customer-trust program for the EMEA region. As the first in region, you will partner with Engineering and Sales to translate customer requirements into controls and evidence, and present the control environment to senior buyers.

You will design responses for the highest-stakes reviews, drive trust maturity, and align trust initiatives with revenue outcomes, while navigating GDPR/EU AI Act considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing security, trust, or compliance roles.
• Ability to translate security concepts for business audiences.
• Experience with EU AI Act and GDPR considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own and build the customer-trust program for EMEA as the first hire.
• Define how the trust response process scales with deal volume.
• Translate customer security needs into internal controls and evidence.
• Track and resolve gaps between expectations and control environment.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Security, and Legal teams.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update trust materials as needed.
• Maintain Trust Center content and support related tooling.
• Communicate status and risks to senior management and Sales.
