Job summary

Workshop Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor in Sunbury-on-Thames to lead and support its EMEA Customer Service team. This hands-on role is roughly 50% team leadership and 50% operational customer service, handling orders, quotations, and escalation management.

You will supervise daily performance, coach colleagues and optimise processes within the ERP environment, including pricing data and logistics.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience in customer service, order management, or sales operations.
• Experience supervising or mentoring a team.
• Strong ERP knowledge, ideally SAP SD.
• Experience with CRM or ticketing platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Customer Service Administrators.
• Manage daily workloads and maintain high customer service standards.
• Monitor KPIs and identify process improvements.
• Onboard new employees and deliver ERP/system training.
• Process orders, sample requests and quotations as needed.
• Maintain customer master data and pricing in the ERP system.
• Oversee shipments and resolve escalations with logistics partners.
• Document and standardise processes and workflows.
