Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Technology Manager, EMEA Contracting to own the contracting technology roadmap across the EMEA region and translate regional needs into technology outcomes. This hybrid role will collaborate with Commercial, Legal, Finance and IT to deliver scalable, compliant contracting processes and tender management.

The ideal candidate will drive AI-enabled automation and data-driven decision making to enhance pricing, revenue optimization, and overall contract lifecycle

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in technology product management, product ownership, or commercial IT roles.
• Experience with enterprise commercial systems (contracting, pricing, CRM, ERP, tender management) and system integrations.

Mansioni

• Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for EMEA contracting technology solutions.
• Translate business and contracting requirements into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Lead Agile delivery with sprint planning and timely releases.
• Apply AI, analytics, and automation to modernize commercial platforms and improve pricing and revenue optimization.
• Ensure data integrity and scalable integrations across contracting, pricing, and related platforms.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and IT stakeholders to meet business needs and policy standards.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement and measurable business outcomes.
• Champion Credo and Leadership Imperatives, fostering collaboration and accountability.
