Job summary

EPM Scientific is seeking an experienced EMEA Content Manager to shape and scale commercial content capabilities across the region. You will develop audience-centric content journeys and partner with Brand, Media, CRM, Retail and eCommerce teams to drive awareness, engagement and conversion across multiple customer journeys in the EMEA market.

In a matrixed environment, you will lead content strategy, governance and localization, leveraging AI tools and analytics to improve content effectiveness

Qualifications

• Significant experience in content marketing, content strategy, digital marketing or related disciplines.
• Experience within healthcare, consumer health, nutrition, FMCG, life sciences or another regulated industry.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated content strategies across digital, CRM, eCommerce, retail media and social channels.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content performance measurement, audience insights and digital analytics.
• Experience working within matrix organisations across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and project leadership skills.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), analytics platforms, content operations and AI-enabled content tools.
