Job summary

TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods seeks a Manager - Consulting Services EMEA to lead and grow a professional services team delivering enterprise software for FMCG clients. The role blends client leadership, requirements capture, TPM configuration, and cross-functional collaboration across the EMEA region.

You will manage workshops, drive profitability, and mentor consultants while supporting pre-sales and go-live activities. Travel may be involved, with remote UK work options available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise software projects.
• Proven client-facing consulting background in FMCG software.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience running discovery, scoping, design decisions.
• Knowledge of TPM or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multi-market projects to meet client needs.
• Drive team utilisation, growth, profitability and delivery.
• Collaborate with Global Delivery to enhance capability.
• Line manage and mentor a team within the EMEA Professional Services.
• Serve as key customer contact on professional service matters.
• Support pre-sales activities, including RFPs and SOWs.
• Provide business consultancy leveraging commercial and financial processes.
• Run discovery and configuration workshops to capture requirements.
• Configure TPM modules via UI and assist interface design/testing.
• Ensure design-aligned quality through internal validation.
• Support UAT, issue triage and go-live activities.
• Deliver train-the-trainer sessions and maintain client relationships.
