Job summary

IFM Investors in London is seeking an Analyst, Compliance EMEA – Risk & Compliance to support regulatory affairs, AML, and reporting for UK and EU activities. You will work under the EMEA Director, Risk & Compliance to help manage corporate risk and compliance frameworks.

The role offers exposure to FCA Connect, RegData, World Check, and cross-border governance, with training and collaboration across teams, enabling professional growth within a flexible, hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years’ experience in an Alternative Investment Manager or MiFID investment firm.
• Strong knowledge of investment management processes across debt investments and infrastructure.
• Degree level or equivalent in law, commerce, economics, finance or related field.
• Relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements in the UK and EU.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing non-investment services and managing IFM’s corporate risk and compliance frameworks.
• Supervise/implement global Anti Money Laundering obligations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement action plans.
• Plan, administer and deliver staff training in the UK and EU.
• Review marketing materials for EMEA or global distribution.
• Support the Risk & Compliance team with regulatory topics information.
• Handle regulatory reporting for IFM UK using FCA Connect and RegData System.
• Identify areas of improvement in day-to-day activities.
