Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking a Compliance Manager to join its Global Compliance Monitoring & Testing team in the UK.

The role focuses on executing monitoring and testing to demonstrate regulatory compliance across markets, collaborating with Compliance and business partners to identify risks and strengthen controls. The ideal candidate will have a background in compliance monitoring or audit within asset management, strong knowledge of FCA regulations, and proven ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• Prior compliance monitoring and testing or audit experience.
• Extensive working knowledge of compliance within the asset management industry.
• Knowledge of FCA regulatory framework.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence multiple audiences.
• Project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive monitoring and testing to ensure regulatory requirements are satisfied.
• Conduct thematic reviews based on regulatory issues or best practices.
• Escalate significant issues and report findings to EMEA Compliance leadership.
• Collaborate with business partners to remediate findings and implement actions.
• Develop management reports on monitoring and testing activities.
• Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming regulations to keep activities relevant.
