Qualifications

• Experience within a Compliance, Risk or Governance role in a regulated financial services environment.
• A good understanding of FCA regulatory requirements and compliance best practice.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of regular and ad hoc Risk & Compliance reporting for senior management.
• Undertake day-to-day compliance monitoring activities.
• Deliver compliance induction training to new employees.
• Support the administration and maintenance of compliance and risk management systems.
