Job summary

AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) is hiring a Strategy Lead to own strategic analysis and end-to-end project alignment within the EMEA region. You will connect WW and EMEA strategy, influence senior leadership, and drive complex initiatives across AWS Global Sales to fuel growth and market leadership.

The role requires strong strategy experience, analytical acumen, and a customer-first mindset, with travel up to 15% including international assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or strategic roles in a technology or Fortune 500 company.
• Experience using agentic generative AI solutions and BI tools.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic recommendations for EMEA within AWS Global Sales, guiding investments to achieve organizational goals.
• Develop relationships with senior leaders to gain and share insights, acting as a trusted advisor on complex business decisions.
• Manage highly complex and visible strategic initiatives, influencing cross-functional teams to drive growth and scalable business decisions.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, develop insights, and synthesize learnings to propose strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Sales Operations and Planning to design/establish mechanisms to monitor and review success metrics with stakeholders.
• Travel up to 15%, including international.
