Join our dynamic EMEA Private Bank Client Operations team as an Advisory & Governance Team Analyst, where you\'ll play a crucial role in supporting our clients and driving best practices, all while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
As an EMEA Client Operations - Advisory and Governance Analyst within the Advisory and Governance Team, you will provide expert advice on complex client cases and policies/procedures related to KYC/AML. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a training program for Client Onboarding and partner teams, focusing on KYC/AML and related topics. Additionally, you will manage our client forms (DOX) and application packs across our 9 EMEA locations.
Advisory and Governance is a team of seven aligned to the Client Onboarding Team in EMEA and is primarily based in Edinburgh but with team members also in Bengaluru and Geneva.
The role will primarily focus on supporting our DOX function. The reason for the creation of this role is twofold. Firstly, to support the expanded coverage of the team for new branch locations for which we are developing forms and ancillary documents. Secondly to support strategic initiatives on digitalization and dynamic form content.
