Job summary

Heidi is hiring a Senior People Partner to own the UK & Ireland and broader EMEA people agenda from London, reporting to the Head of People Enablement & Operations. You will partner with leaders across multiple jurisdictions, shaping performance, talent, and organizational design as Heidi scales its AI-native healthcare platform.

You will coach leaders, navigate EOR arrangements, and help build a high-bar people function that reduces bureaucracy and accelerates impact across a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 5+ years partnering senior leaders in fast-growing environments.
• Romantic streak about software and how it can transform work.
• Strong talent judgment to spot risk and high-potential talent early.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid international growth.
• Passion for AI illustrated by hands-on building or side projects.
• Preference for building over requesting; proactive mindset.
• Confidence in thinking and openness to being wrong.

Responsibilities

• Own People partnership across EMEA, UK & Ireland, Europe, SA and UAE.
• Translate regional priorities into people priorities and actions.
• Coach managers on performance, feedback, accountability and complex employee matters.
• Challenge leaders to raise performance and leadership capability.
• Design org structures, workforce planning and succession as the region scales.
• Calibrate performance, drive talent reviews and retention decisions.
• Navigate multi-jurisdiction employment requirements with external partners.
• Use data and AI to surface trends and simplify admin.
