SimWest Engineering Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Engineered Capital Equipment (EMEA). The role drives new business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, handling complex, high-value projects and longer sales cycles.

Based in the UK and operating remotely, you will travel ~30% internationally, advancing opportunities from enquiry to order while collaborating with engineering and senior management teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling high-value engineered capital equipment or complex industrial machinery.
• Strong background in new business development and consultative technical sales.
• Experience managing longer sales cycles involving substantial capital investment.

Responsabilités

• New Business Development: identify prospective manufacturing customers and develop sales opportunities across EMEA.
• Technical Sales: understand customer applications and work with engineering teams to develop suitable capital equipment solutions.
• Account Development: build relationships with engineering, production, operations and senior management teams.
• Sales Cycle Management: manage opportunities from enquiry through proposals, negotiation and order placement.
• Pipeline Management: develop and manage your own sales pipeline, forecasts and territory opportunities.
• International Travel: visit customers, attend exhibitions and develop relationships across the EMEA region.
